Are you looking to make a difference in our community?  In the World?  Then please take a look at the Evergreen Rotary Club and consider joining a group of like-minded folks who are passionate about service to others.  Please consider being my guest at an upcoming meeting to learn more about us.
Our Club was founded here in Evergreen in 1985 by 30 dedicated people and has grown to over 110 men and women who believe in Rotary’s motto of “Service Above Self.”  We are one of 33,000 clubs in over 200 countries within Rotary International working to make a difference in the lives of people in our communities and all over the world.  The Evergreen Rotary Club has won numerous awards within our District and we are known for getting things done and having fun doing it.
We proudly support our community by raising funds through two major activities during the year, our 100 Holes of Golf tournament and the Mountain Area Home and Garden Show.  These funds are then distributed locally and internationally through grants and awards.  Our International Service Committee this past year distributed over $22,000 in funds for worthy international projects and sponsored our first ever “Rotary Global Grant” for Starfish One by One, an organization that is single handedly raising up young women to be leaders in their local communities in Guatemala and is sponsored by the Evergreen Rotary Club.  We host numerous local events and groups including the Community Thanksgiving Luncheon for seniors, RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards), Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, the Mountain Area Backpack Program and many other worthy projects.  We also sponsor the “Ethics in Business Award” annually which is based on Rotary’s 4-Way Test.
If you are interested in a way to give back to your community, come be my guest at one of our breakfast meetings and learn more about us.  We meet most Friday mornings at 7 am at the Evergreen Country Day School.  For program information and many more details about our club, please visit our website (, or you are welcome to give me a call at 303-548-2375 or email me at  I look forward to meeting you.
