A Journey Through Adversity: Lessons Learned
We are excited to have an amazing speaker for our only meeting in December, and he comes to us from our neighbors in Conifer.
A Journey Through Adversity, will be presented by Greg Kalkwarf. He will share lessons learned during a 13- month period of a raging forest fire, tragic family death, a happy baby girl's birth, a crosswalk collision with a taxi cab, and a terrorist bombing at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
On April 15, 2013 a terrorist attack at the finish line of the Boston Marathon killed three people and injured hundreds more. Greg will share lessons learned from that tragedy and the life-changing moments he experienced leading up to the bombing.
