The Rotary Club of Evergreen has a very active Publicity Committee responsible for Public Relations, Communications and Publicity.  The  committee keeps our members and the general public informed of club activities by maintaining the Club’s website, providing liaison with local newspapers such as The Canyon Courier and the Denver Post Your Hub, and maintaining social media sites, including the Club's Facebook page and Twitter account. 
 
In addition to media activities, the Publicity Committee has produced a number of other marketing materials for direct marketing of Rotary in the community.  These include sandwich board signs for use at all events at which members volunteer; banners advertising upcoming events for display throughout the community; a club brochure for distribution at member businesses in the community; and a letter of introduction and invitation to join us at an upcoming meeting which is distributed by the Evergreen Newcomers organization to all new homeowners in the community. 
 
Finally, the Publicity Committee manages the club's sponsorship program.  Funds raised through sponsorships are dedicated to purchasing a monthly full-page ad in the local newspaper, as well as in the Evergreen Chamber Newslettter.  Each month features a different program, project, or activity of the club.
